This website is operated by Madison Blue Water LLC. By placing an order through this site, you agree to the following terms.

Founding Member Program

The Founding Member program offers early access to Madison Blue's first production run at a deposit-based pricing structure. Founding Members retain their $70/case rate on all orders while their membership remains active. Standard pricing applies to new customers.

Founding Member numbers are assigned in order of purchase and are non-transferable.

Pre-Orders and Deposits

Founding Member orders require a $50 refundable deposit at checkout. The remaining $100 balance will be charged before fulfillment. Estimated ship date is late 2026, subject to change based on production timelines.

Deposits are fully refundable at any time before shipment. Contact info@madisonblue.com to request a refund.

Product Information

Madison Blue is natural artesian water sourced from the Madison Aquifer in Johnson County, Wyoming. It is bottled in glass without filtration or additives, treated only with UV.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Founding Member orders include free standard shipping.

Limitation of Liability

Madison Blue Water LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
