Refund Policy

Founding Member Pre-Orders

Your $50 Founding Member deposit is fully refundable at any time before your order ships. No questions asked. Contact us at info@madisonblue.com and we will process your refund promptly.

The remaining $100 balance is charged before fulfillment. If you wish to cancel after the balance has been charged but before shipment, contact us for a full refund.

Shipped Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@madisonblue.com. We will replace the affected items at no charge.

Due to the nature of consumable goods, we cannot accept returns on opened or undamaged products.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
